Community Rules and Site Usage

Welcome to our community! Our site is an information platform for adults interested in cannabis from scientific, cultural-culinary, and horticultural (growing) perspectives.
To ensure the safety, legality, and quality of content for all, we require strict compliance with the following rules:
1. Legislation and Age Restrictions
- You are 18+ years old. Access to the site and participation in the community are allowed only for adults. We reserve the right to verify this.
- Comply with the laws of your country. The user bears full responsibility for knowledge and compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction. Information on the site is intended solely for familiarization.
- We do not encourage law violations. Any content that offers or calls for illegal purchase, sale, exchange, or cultivation of cannabis where prohibited is banned.
2. User-Generated Content (Your recipes, grower journals, comments)
- CBD/Hash Recipes: Clearly indicate that you are using legal raw materials (e.g., legal hemp seeds with legal THC content <0.2-0.3%). The emphasis should be on the culinary component, not the psychoactive effect.
- Grower Journals: Only journals describing the cultivation of industrial hemp (Hemp) with legal THC content or cultivation in countries/regions where it is clearly legalized for personal use (e.g., Netherlands, parts of Spain, Czech Republic, etc.) are allowed. Be sure to indicate your country/jurisdiction and a plant variety with legal status.
- Ban on 'narcotic' content: It is prohibited to describe methods of obtaining, increasing, or concentrating psychoactive substances for the purpose of violating the law. Propaganda of the use of potent drugs is prohibited.
- Quality and Safety: Your recipes and tips must be accurate. Do not recommend dangerous methods (e.g., use of flammable solvents at home). Warn about possible risks and product testing.
3. General Rules of Conduct in the Community
- Respect and tolerance. Insults, threats, discriminatory statements on any basis, trolling, and bullying are prohibited.
- Self-promotion and spam. Limited self-promotion (e.g., a link to your blog) is allowed only on the condition of active participation in the life of the community. Direct spam, advertising, and clickbait are prohibited.
- Privacy. Do not publish personal information of yourself or others (full name, address, phone numbers).
- Copyright. Publish only your own content or content for which you have the right to publish. Be sure to indicate the source if you quote.
4. Administration Actions
- Moderating. We reserve the right to edit, delete, or block any content or account that violates these rules without warning.
- Responsibility. Users bear full responsibility for their content. The site administration is a technical intermediary and cannot bear legal responsibility for user publications.
- Rule changes. We may update these rules. By continuing to use the site, you agree to their new version.
